Galaxy S8, Xiaomi Mi 6 will come with Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM: Report

Galaxy S8, Xiaomi Mi 6 will come with Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM: Reportaomi and Samsung have been two of the most talked-about smartphone brands of this year. While Samsung was in news of late for all the wrong reasons, Xiaomi recently made headlines for its ultra-affordable all-metal smartphones -Redmi 4 and 4A.
However, both the companies are now looking forward to its new launches. Rumours suggest that Samsung will launch its flagship Android phone Galaxy S8 while Xiaomi will unveil Mi 6 in March  2017. Both the phones will come with latest Snapdragon 835 and 6GB RAM. 

Samsung Galaxy S8:

Galaxy S8 rumours have been doing the rounds like since forever. Earlier, it was known that that Samsung may  unveil the Galaxy S8 on February 26 at its next Galaxy Unpacked event in Barcelona, ahead of MWC. However, the latest rumour now hints at the launch taking place during March 2017
The S8 is also expected to come with 6GB of RAM and 256 GB ROM. The phone is rumoured to sport a bezel-less screen and no physical home button. The Samsung S8 will likely come with a fingerprint sensing display and dual camera set up on the back. The upcoming Galaxy S8 will be launched in 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch sizes. Earlier SamMobile had revealed that Samsung Galaxy S8 will come with a 4K display and a dual-rear camera setup. It said that there will be a 12-megapixel accompanied by another 13-megapixel camera sensor on the back. The S8 is expected to come with an 8-megapixel camera on the front.

Xiaomi Mi 6:

Xiaomi needs no introduction. The company recently launched Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A which are its ultra-affordable premium looking smartphones. While the company has not made any announcement regarding its next flagship phone, the latest  rumours suggest that it will be called as Mi 6 and launched at around the same time as Samsung's Galaxy S8.
Kevin Wang, a renowned analyst revealed on his Weibo account that this could be the first domestic flagship to come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. The image spotted by Android Pure hints that the smartphone could come with curved and uni-body metal design. Mi 6 may also have a 2.5D curved glass display and a physical home button placed below it.
